Service Coordinator
Are you the technician who will build a complete service organization from the ground up?
The role
As Service Coordinator, you are responsible for setting up and expanding the service organization within Bata Energy Solutions. You will develop the processes, systems, and contracts required to ensure our installations function reliably over the long term.
In the initial phase, you will work very hands-on and perform inspections and maintenance yourself. As the organization grows, you will build a team and a network of partners. You combine technology, organization, and commerce.
What will you be doing?
Setting up the service organization
– Developing service processes and maintenance programs
– Selecting and implementing monitoring software
– Setting up fault follow-up and service planning
– Developing inspection and reporting structures
Maintenance and service
– Performing maintenance and inspections on battery storage systems
– Analyzing and resolving malfunctions
– Maintaining contact with manufacturers such as Huawei and Sungrow
– Supporting customers with technical issues
Service contracts
– Setting up and managing maintenance contracts
– Developing service SLAs and pricing models
– Following up on service contracts with customers
– Developing service business
Expanding service revenue
– Developing new service propositions
– Selecting and managing service partners
– Building a service team
What we are looking for:
You are someone who gains energy from building a new branch within a growing energy company.
You are technically strong, think process-oriented, and enjoy going into the field yourself during the initial phase.
Education level
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or Mechatronics; or
– Vocational level 4 (MBO-4) in Electrical Engineering with demonstrable experience in energy or industrial installations
Technical background
– Experience with industrial electrical installations
– Knowledge of AC/DC energy systems, power electronics, or energy infrastructure
– Experience with maintenance, service, or commissioning of technical installations
Certifications
– VCA-VOL
– NEN 3140 VP or AVP
Preferred
– Experience with battery storage (BESS)
– Experience with EV charging infrastructure
– Knowledge of monitoring or SCADA systems
– NEN 3840 (medium voltage)
– Experience with service contracts or SLAs
